Clara City Care Center

The Clara City Care Center is a skilled nursing facility with a tradition of providing excellent care in a friendly, homelike atmosphere.

Our services are designed to meet each resident's individualized care needs and to maximize their level of independence.  Whether a resident needs short term rehabilitation to return to their home, or traditional long-term care, the Clara City Care Center can provide that care.  The Care Center has been part of the Clara City community for over 30 years.
