Clara City Comprehensive Plan

The City of Clara City along with the Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission (UMRDC) has developed a City Comprehensive plan, finalized August 2012, which will help the City make informed decisions of how to guide the development of Clara City. The Planning Commission with citizens participation will serve as the task force to provide direction for the plan. See the Comprehensive plan attached below.
